A duet show featuring new bodies of work from Berlin based Russian performance artist and painter Vera Kochubey and Costa Rican contemporary painter John Paul Fauves, curated by The TAX Collection. 

The show seeks to explore our place in the world, dealing with themes of the past and present – and reinterpreting innocuous faces and characters that surround us in everyday society.


This time, Fauves was invited to hold a solo exhibition at DOPENESS ART LAB, founded in 2018 by Taiwanese contemporary artist KEA TSAI. “DOPENESS ART LAB" is an atypical art experiment space with potential for the development of street and urban art in Taiwan, which has an in-depth understanding of street history and contemporary art, and also promotes the world's newly emerging artists, focusing on the field of street art, urban art, and pop art, evaluate all with visual innovation and critical thinking. 

"Arte de La Peer", art exhibition curated by JM Art Management and hosted at the La Peer hotel, located in the West Hollywood Arts District of Los Angeles. 

The exhibition featured a diverse range of celebrated international artists, including: Popovy Sisters, John Paul Fauves, DAIN, thrashbird, and Hossam Dirar. 

The Russian phenom doll makers, the Popovy Sisters had their dolls on display for the first time in the US in LA!

Rums of Puerto Rico and Sparkling ICE present “Mood Swings”: a group show of 20+ influential, trendsetting artists, both local and international, curated by Marcel Katz, at Oliver Cole Gallery during the world renowned Miami Art Week. Guests will be immersed with art in the stunning 5,000 square foot gallery in the heart of Wynwood Art District featuring available works and artist installations to provide an unforgettable, social media-friendly experience. The show will feature an activation room by artists DetroitWick & Black Crow Studios and The Caliber Foundation, a non-profit who supports victims, families, and communities affected by illegal gun violence.

John Paul Fauves, the acclaimed Costa Rican contemporary artist is presenting his latest exhibition, 'A Loss Of Innocence' in conjunction with The Tax Collection. Showing now at Meir Art Gallery in Antwerp, Belgium (they also show other contemporary greats such as Banksy), this solo show explores the notion of hedonism versus redemption, and how we grow further from innocence.
